A short checklist for an accurate quote and a smoother collection.
THE DETAILS
The most useful enquiry describes the complete journey. Write down the date, pickup, destination, number of travellers and bags before opening the booking form. Add flight details and any extra stops where relevant.
1. Fix the route
Use full addresses and postcodes for pickup, stops and destination. For hotels or offices, name the entrance if there is more than one. If you need a return, add the return date and preferred time.
2. Add the travel information
For airport arrivals, include the flight number, date and terminal or FBO. For a station, include the train number. For an event, identify the venue and the planned return pickup area.
3. Count people and luggage
List large suitcases, cabin bags, buggies, mobility aids and sports equipment separately. Capacity changes with the mix of seats and bags, so ask the team to check before selecting the car.
4. Confirm the arrangement
Read the quoted vehicle category, price, waiting time, pickup instructions and cancellation terms. Keep the passenger contact available on the day and tell the reservations team promptly about flight or plan changes.
