The right terminal and meeting point

Heathrow has Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Gatwick has North and South terminals. London City, Luton and Stansted have different pickup arrangements. Your confirmation should name the airport and terminal or handling facility, rather than leaving the driver to guess.

For commercial arrivals, follow the meeting instructions in your booking confirmation. Do not assume a private aviation pickup uses the same entrance as the airline terminal.

Plan for your people and bags

A saloon works well for an individual or couple with standard luggage. A V-Class gives groups and families more room, but actual luggage fit depends on bag sizes and seating. Declare buggies, sports equipment, child seats and unusually large cases before the quote is confirmed.
